SOLUTION: The chitosan mixture of the present invention is characterized in that when measured with gel permission chromatography, it gives a molecular weight distribution curve which has at least two peaks at least one of which has a molecular weight of 100,000-40,000 at its top and at least one of the other peaks has a molecular weight of 5,000-200 at its top.
