PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for manufacturing a glass fiber wherein the deformation in a use process is suppressed and also temperature distribution is uniformized and stone generation is reduced. SOLUTION: The device for manufacturing the glass fiber is provided with two bushing blocks and a base plate. A box-shaped form is formed by fixing the base plate on a lower stage bushing block. The base plate is a plate-like plate made of platinum and provided with many nozzles. The bushing block is a cylindrical body obtained by forming a sintered body in a prescribed shape and the platinum is thermally sprayed by a flame spraying method on its inside surface. The temperature distribution of a molten glass passing the inside is uniformized by energizing to both sides of the bushing blocks and the base plate. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
