PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel device for cheering, which is provided with multiple major functions for cheering to be usable as a flag or a flip, or for generating sound, or giving voice. SOLUTION: The flag megaphone for cheering is provided with a flag 6 as a sheet or a streamer, and two flag installation members on both sides of it, strikable on each other, at least one of which is a megaphone 7.
