PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf practice club providing a large inertia moment when swinging a club. SOLUTION: This golf practice club is attached with a weight 5 at the tip end of a grip 1 and the tip end of the grip 1 and the weight 5 are connected via a compression coil spring 4.
