PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair not to get in the way of people around, and to impose no burden onto a user. SOLUTION: The wheelchair includes a front chair frame body 10 supporting a front wheel 11, a seat surface 12, an armrest 13, a hand handle 14 and a leg-rest 15, a rear wheel 21, a rear chair frame body 20 supporting a rear wheel moving mechanism 22 arranged at the backward of the front chair frame body 10, a back rest 30 mounted at the rear side of the rear chair frame body 20 capable of inclining backward from the rough vertical state to the prone state, and a guide means 40 for guiding the front chair frame body 10 toward the rear chair frame body 20 so as to be freely backward.
