PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove the burden of a player when operating a handle body and avoid a possibility of damage of the handle body. SOLUTION: This handle device is provided with the handle body 3 rotationally operated and changing the shooting strength of a game ball according to the rotation from an initial position, and a handle base 1 rotatably supporting the handle body 3. This handle device is further provided with a touch sensor 42 for detecting that a player is operating the handle body 3, a return motor 44 for rotatingly returning the handle body 3 to the initial position, and a drive control means stopping the operation of the return motor 44 during detecting the operation of the player.
