PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat supporting structure capable of making a vehicle floor positively support a side collision load without causing buckling of a supporting portion of a cushion frame upon side collision. SOLUTION: An outside area and an inside are in a vehicular width direction of the cushion frame 2 are supported on a vehicle body floor 6 through seat rails 4, 5 and a pedestal 9. A frame material 10 tilting toward a vehicular width direction inside lower side is protrusively provided on the seat rail 4 in the outside area, and a load receiving bracket 11 is fixed at a position to which a tip end portion of the frame material 10 is opposed on the vehicle body floor 6.
