PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for adjusting a ratio of ventilating amount from a side face blowoff port to the total ventilating amount so that the ratio becomes a required ratio for each of a plurality of blowoff modes. SOLUTION: In the vehicular air-conditioner switching all blowoff modes only by two mode doors, a face defroster passage is divided into three passages 23 to 25 from a food door 40 position, and a plate door portion on a face passage side of the foot door 40 is constituted by three plate door portions. Only the plate door portion 42a disposed in the center face passage 23 is made in the size which can shelter the passage 23. The plate door portion 42b, 42c disposed on the first and second side face passages 24, 25 are made smaller than the passages 24, 25 and made in a shape leaking wind.
