PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air-conditioner which keeps a temperature in a vehicle cabin on a rear seat side at a comfortable level, even if transmission/reception between a front air-conditioning controlling means and a rear air-conditioning controlling means are disabled. SOLUTION: A front air-conditioning unit 10 comprises a front blower 11, a front ECU 14, and an operation panel 15. A rear air-conditioning unit 30 comprises a rear blower 31, a rear ECU 32, and a rear operation panel 33. The front ECU 14 and the rear ECU 32 are connected so as to respectively control the front air-conditioning unit 10 and the rear air conditioning unit 30 and to transmit/receive air-conditioning information to/from each other. When the transmission to/receiving from the front ECU 14 is available, the rear ECU 32 controls the rear blower 31 according to a control instruction from the front ECU 14. When the transmission to/receiving from the front ECU 14 becomes unavaible, the rear ECU 32 controls the rear blower 31 by reflecting the operation of the rear operation panel 33 according to the air-conditioning information obtained when the transmission/receiving is unavailable.
