PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording head which can reduce positional deviation of a projection opening by suppressing deformation of a substrate, is high in mechanical strength, and can avoid breakage at the time of handling and mounting. SOLUTION: The inkjet recording head equipped with a common liquid chamber 809, a substrate 801 having a heating resistor to eject an ink by heating the ink and foaming bubbles, and an orifice plate 804 having ejection openings formed on the substrate 801 installs beams composed of a mask layer 805.
