PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque wrench simple in structure. SOLUTION: This torque wrench 81 used for an ultrasonic processor 1 on which a screw hole part 7a of a horn 7 on an oscillator unit 4 and a mounting screw 9a of a base end part of an oscillation transmitting member 9 are screwed on each other and to connect and disconnect the oscillation transmitting member 9 to and from the ultrasonic oscillation device 1 has an arm 82 as an operation part, a head part 84 mounted on the arm 82 free to revolve and having a work engaging recessed part 84a to be engaged with a spanner hooking part 9j of the oscillation transmitting member 9 and a torsion coil spring 93 mounted on the arm 82 and to give biasing force to the head part 84.
