A tamper-evident stationery form (1) comprises a single sheet of paper or similar printable material having adhesive regions (10a, 10b, 10c, 10d) for securing the form (1) in a folded condition. The adhesive regions include tamper evident means (13) for indicating if the form has been opened and re-closed after securing in the folded condition. The tamper evident means (13) comprises weakened areas of the form that separate from the region of the form (1) in which they are provided when the folded and secured form (1) is opened such that, if an attempt is made to open and re- close the form, this will be apparent. |
