A light emitting device and a display device using the same simplify an arrangement process of a first substrate and a second substrate by integrating a sealing unit with the second substrate. A first substrate(10) and a second substrate(12) face each other. A sealing unit(14) is protrusively formed from the edge of the second substrate to the first substrate, and is integrated with the second substrate. The electron discharging unit(100) is formed in the first substrate. An light emitting unit(110) is formed in the second substrate. An anode button(28) is arranged and penetrated into at least one of the second substrate and the sealing unit. The anode button is electrically connected to the light emitting unit. |
