A pad printing method and apparatus are provided to reduce the consumption of the ink and coat a specific area with the ink more easily while printing electromagnetic interference shielding ink on the surface of a molded product. A pad printing method comprises the following steps. A pad(20) is manufactured in the contact feature corresponding to the surface of a molded product(30). The ink is applied on the contact surface of the pad. The pad is contacted to the surface of the molded product. The ink is transferred to the molded product due to the mutual surface property difference of the molded product and the pad while isolating the pad from the molded product.
