A bracing device for alleviating the vibration of a ship engine is provided to absorb the vibration and shock of a ship engine efficiently by working in a state that the whole piston adheres to the inside plane of a cylinder. A bracing device for alleviating the vibration of a ship engine comprises: a cylinder(1) fixed to a ship body; a flange(2) fixed to an engine; a piston(11) inserted into a cylinder; a piston load(3) connecting the flange; a bearing(4) installed at both side of the piston load; a gasket(7) installed an outer part of a bush(5); an auxiliary piston(12) inserted into the piston; a second oil room or an air room which interworks with a first oil room of the cylinder; and a check valve(18) which transfers oil to the first oil room.
