A manufacturing method of a coating composition and a composition prepared by using the same are provided to emit negative ions giving help to the activation of the human body activity, to remove heavy metal and smell. A manufacturing method of a coating composition comprises a step for heating and stirring 15 - 21 parts by weight of diatomite; 8 - 12 parts by weight of water as a dissolution agent; 22 - 26 parts by weight of one natural plant water-base resin selected from a group consisting of tung oil, linseed oil, rosin, soybean oil, natural rubber, copal, sandarac rubber, chicle, jelutong and solver; 24-28 parts by weight of pigment, 6-10 parts by weight of middle coal; 5-11 parts by weight of one negative ions-emitting agent selected from a group consisting of monazite, tourmalin and elvan; and 0.5-2.0 parts by weight of an additive such as a dispersing agent and an antifoaming agent. |
