A passive part (50A) includes a filter unit (52) having first resonance electrode (34a) to a third resonance electrode (34c) and an impedance matching circuit unit (54) electrically connected to the third resonance electrode (34c) of the filter unit (52) arranged on a dielectric substrate (32). The entire passive part (50A) has a configuration including a circuit unit equivalent to characteristic containing the second impedance matching circuit by an impedance component of the third resonance electrode (34c). For example, by modifying the width (Wc) of the third resonance electrode (34c), it is possible to adjust the impedance in the same way as when a capacitance as the impedance matching circuit unit (54)is connected, without connecting any capacitance.
