<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for maintaining sterile environment by which a sterile room can be sterilized within a shorter period of time than by the existing systems. <P>SOLUTION: A system for maintaining sterile environment comprising a sterile room 10 having an air inlet port 11 and an air outlet port 12, an HEPA filter 3 which is located so as to cover the air inlet port 11 or the air inlet port 11 and the air outlet port 12 of the sterile room 10, and a sterilizing agent-supply unit for supplying a sterilizing agent such as hydrogen peroxide into the sterile room 10, wherein the sterile room 10 is provided with a detoxifying agent-supply unit from which a detoxifying agent such as ozone is sprayed toward the HEPA filter 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
