<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily achieve sharing of not only information within an organization but overall information between organizations without using a dedicated line, thereby greatly reducing costs. <P>SOLUTION: Information-sharing servers 10a, 10b are installed at a plurality of in-house LANs. The information required for a plurality of organizations to perform activities in cooperation is stored in the information-sharing servers installed at the in-house LANs. By making it possible to register information in the information sharing servers from PCs 12a, 12b connected to the in-house LANs and to browse the stored information, the information is shared by the in-house LANs. Also, each piece of the in-house information is sent and received in the form of emails by mail servers 14a, 14b via the Internet, whereby the stored information is synchronized between the information-sharing servers and made usable as overall shared information by the PCs of the plurality of in-house LANs. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
