摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for in vitro detection of presence of Mycobacterium tuberculosis resistant to isoniazid a principal ingredient in anti-tuberculosis treatment. <P>SOLUTION: The polynucleotide and composition of the same are used for detecting Mycobacterium tuberculosis having INH sensitivity labelled by at least a label selected from the group consisting of a radiolabel, an enzyme label, fluorescent label and a luminescence label. The method is used for detecting catalase-peroxidase gene or a nucleotide sequence in a biological sample of the Mycobacterium tuberculosis encoding the gene or a fraction of the same by bringing a probe containing the polynucleotide into contact with the KatG gene of the Mycobacterium tuberculosis. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
