PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily request the transmission of fragment content information even when fragment content information is transmitted by a plurality of devices.

SOLUTION: A server 2 is provided with a request information reception part 21 for receiving request information; a corresponding information storage part 22 for storing corresponding information showing the correspondence of a plurality of content storage devices and content information including the fragment content information stored by each of the plurality of content storage devices; a specification part 23 for specifying two or more content storage devices and a plurality of fragment content information included in the content information stored by the two or more content storage devices so that a series of content information requested by the request information can be configured on the basis of the plurality of fragment content information by using the corresponding information; and an instruction information transmission part 24 for transmitting instruction information for instructing the transmission of the specified fragment content information to the content reception device to the specified content storage device.
