<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide footwear, such as a sandal or shoe, which is excellent in warp without using an insole, does not damage flexibility of each structural member of the footwear, is friendly to a wearer, and feels light when worn, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The footwear forms alternatively a projecting part and a thin part more recessed than the projecting part alternately along the width direction back and front a part corresponding to foot warp on a surface bottom reverse side, and integrally forms a heel part. The surface bottom is covered with a sheet cover body in a foot shape provided with a hole part corresponding to the heel part of the surface bottom and the projecting part so that the projecting part and the heel part are exposed from the hole part. An elastic sheet in a foot shape is formed on the upper surface of the surface bottom, an insole is formed on the elastic sheet, an upper lower part perimeter is put between an insole perimeter and an upper perimeter of the sheet covering body, and the upper lower part perimeter and the upper perimeter of the sheet covering body are sewn with thread so that they are adhered to each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
