<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear surface protective sheet for a solar cell, capable of preventing deterioration of adhesiveness in a sheet or damage of a surface layer of a base material film even if the solar cell is installed outdoors. <P>SOLUTION: The rear surface protective sheet for a solar cell is formed by sequentially laminating at least an inorganic oxide layer 2, an adhesive layer 3-1 and a thermoplastic resin layer 4-1 on at least one surface of a base material film 1, wherein the inorganic oxide layer 2 is formed of one or more layers with a film thickness of 50Åto 3,000Å, the adhesive film 3-1 has a film thickness of 1μm-30μm and is made of a polyolephefin resin subjected to maleic anhydride modification, and the adhesive layer 3-1 and the thermoplastic resin layer 4-1 are laminated by a multilayer co-extrusion lamination method. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
