PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic equipment capable of reducing the capacity of an external memory, and improving the delay accuracy related to focusing ultrasonic beams. SOLUTION: A transmitted wave phasing means 8 is equipped with a clock frequency divider 25 and a wave shape treatment part 27. The clock frequency divider 25 forms frequency clock by dividing the basic frequency clock 61. The delay correcting part 26 forms corrected frequency clock 67 by adding the delay to the frequency clock from the delay data 63 and the frequency-division ratio 65. The wave shape treatment part 27 has a wave shape forming part 28, a wave shape memory 29, and a counter 30. The wave shape forming part 28 forms the wave shape data and output to the wave shape memory 29. The wave shape memory 29 reads out the wave shape data from wave shape memory read-out address output of the counter part 30, and outputs it as transmitted wave signal 69 to D/A converter 4. The ultrasonic diagnostic equipment operates the wave shape memory 29 with the basic clock 61 and operates D/A converter 4 with the corrected frequency-division clock 67. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
