PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable device such that although a housing having an upper case and a lower case engaged with each other can be opened, the product can not be further disassembled and a component can be prevented from being lost or damaged. SOLUTION: A finished upper case 21 opened by an opening portion A of a housing 23 having the upper case 21 and lower case 22 engaged with each other has a circuit board 27, disposed between a battery holder 29 and a cover 28, fixed to the upper case 21 with a special screw 33 together with the battery holder 29 and cover 28.
