PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an electromagnetic-wave shield film wherein it has an excellent electromagnetic-wave shielding performance and a high transparency, and its mesh pattern has an excellent film-sticking property and reduced generations of winding-habit curls even in the longer continuous roll product thereof, and further, its panel has an excellent grounding property too, and moreover, its development-processing and plating unevennesses generated during its manufacture are improved. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic-wave shield film is the one having continuous conductive mesh portion 1 and picture-frame portion 2 formed on a longer transparent supporting body wherein the conductivity of the picture-frame portion 2 is higher than that of the mesh portion 1, and they are constituted out of a geometric pattern.
