PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underside-electrode solid electrolytic capacitor wherein a fillet formation part with excellent self-alignment property is formed at a terminal led out directly to the mounting side of a substrate. SOLUTION: A conductive adhesive agent 5 is applied onto a second anode upper terminal 25 and a second cathode upper terminal 24 of a printed substrate 26, and an anode lead 4 that is connected in advance with an anode lead 2 by resistance welding is mounted to the second anode upper terminal 25. A capacitor element 1 is also mounted to the second cathode upper terminal 24 in the same manner. Then, the capacitor element 1 is sealed by an insulating exterior resin 3, and it is cut into the external shape of product by dicing, and then, a fillet formation part 9 with solder wettability is formed at an anode terminal 7 and a cathode terminal 6 on the outside in the lengthwise direction of the external shape of product.
