PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a toner for electrostatic charge image development achieving both of low temperature fixability and heat-resistant storage property, showing preferable rising of charges in repeated use and less environmental dependence of output image density, and to provide a toner for electrostatic charge image development manufactured by the above method. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a toner for electrostatic charge image development is characterized in that, after core particles are produced by aggregating resin particles with a metal salt, resin particles for a shell are deposited on the core particles without adding a metal salt to form a shell to obtain a core-shell structure toner.
