PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card holder which enables a name card and an ID card to be stably attached to a general-purpose helmet with flexible removability. SOLUTION: The card holder is constituted by a holder body 1 and a card case 2. The holder body 1 is formed by a nearly T-shaped flat plate, and the lower end of the holder body 1 is provided with a means of attaching and detaching the card holder to and from the lower-end outer peripheral edge of the helmet. Then the card case 2 can be attached to the holder body 1 with flexible removability. Through holes for attachment are opened on the upper right-and-left sides and at the central lower part of the card case 2, and engagement means are formed on the holder body 1 which are each engaged with the through holes opened on the upper right-and-left sides and at the central lower part of the card case 2. The engagement means are an L-shaped projection 6 provided on the upper-right side, an engagement hook 7 arranged on the upper-left side, and a hook lever 8 arranged in the central lower part.
