PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermally conductive molded product of a thermoplastic elastomer composition having both high heat dissipation characteristics, elasticity and flexibility without generation of siloxane, and a non-crosslinking resin composition capable to form its molded product. SOLUTION: The non-crosslinking resin composition and the thermally conductive molded product are characterized by comprising 10-500 mass parts of a paraffin oil with a viscosity specific gravity constant (VGC) of 0.849 or less, 1,200-5,000 mass parts of a spherical alumina and 300-3,000 mass parts of aluminum hydroxide or magnesium hydroxide to 100 mass parts of the thermoplastic elastomer.
