PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removable adhesive sheet used preferably for a base material sheet of a synthetic resin film, and the like, having the excellent tackiness to be removed easily without causing paste residues on an adherend after passage of a long period from attachment owing to difficulty in raising its adhesive power to the adherend with time passage. SOLUTION: The removable adhesive sheet has an adhesive layer on at least one side of a base material sheet. The adhesive layer is made of an adhesive prepared by adding a cross-linking agent to an aqueous dispersion type adhesive composition having a 100-350 nm average particle size obtained by emulsion polymerization of a mixture of an unsaturated monomer including (a) 60.0-99.0 mass% of 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, (b) 0.4-4.0 mass% of an ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid, (c) 0.1-3.0 mass% of a hydroxy group-containing unsaturated monomer, and (d) 0-39.0 mass% of another unsaturated monomer other than the components (a), (b), (c).
