PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw fixing structure using a machine screw and a female screw for fixing a member while sufficiently operating fastening and fixing functions for extremely hard loosening, and easily constructing the member to be convenient to assemble and manufacture. SOLUTION: The screw fixing structure has a recessed portion 11 formed in a frame 9 of a speaker 3 as a fixed member and a protruded portion 12 formed on a washer 5 so as to be fitted to the recessed portion 11 to construct a means for locking each other with the rotation of the machine screw, and also has a recessed portion 13 formed in the washer 5 and a protruded portion 15 formed on a head 14 of the machine screw so as to be fitted to the recessed portion 13 to construct a means for locking each other with the rotation of the machine screw 4.
