PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow square bar assembling and fixing structure which is obtained by bending and joining hollow square bars to each other while labor-saving and simplifying in fixing work for assembled parts to form the firm structure which has improved productivity and profitability and high assembling strength and rigidity. SOLUTION: The assembling structure comprises a first base material 4 and a second base material 5 formed of the hollow square bases 2 and combined together. Herein, a means (a protruded piece 13 and an oblong hole 15) for positioning the first base material 4 and the second base material 5 to be assembled and fragments 9, 10 to which a bolt 18 is fastened to fix the assembling condition are integrally formed on the first base material 4 and the second base material 5.
