PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that the efficiency of ultrasonic vibration generated by an ultrasonic vibrator 3 is worsened due to generation of a large quantity of foams 6 in the surrounding of the ultrasonic vibrator 3 and in the worst case, the ultrasonic vibrator 3 is operated in vain and thus is broken and that the efficiency of the ultrasonic vibration is also worsened by adhesion of stains. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic atomizing apparatus comprises an atomization container 1, an atomization liquid stored in the atomization container 2, an ultrasonic vibrator 3, an elastic member 4, an oscillation circuit 5, and a liquid supplying cleaning part 7 installed for jetting the pressurized atomization liquid to the periphery of the ultrasonic vibrator 3. The liquid supplying cleaning part 7 is made of a ring-like member 8 formed so as to cover the circumference of the ultrasonic vibrator 3 and a large number of jetting ports 8a are formed in the inside of the ring-like member 8 or the liquid supplying cleaning part 7 is connected to a pressurized liquid supply apparatus 10 via joining pipe 9.
