<p>An advertising system (100) includes an advertising medium (102), a vision mechanism (104), a communication mechanism (106), and a control mechanism (108). The advertising medium (102) is located in a non-controlled environment, real-world setting in which consumers view the advertising medium. The vision mechanism (104) is to record video data within a vicinity of the advertising medium (102). The communication mechanism (106) is to transmit the video data. The control mechanism (108) is to receive the video data. The control mechanism (108) detects at least the number of consumers (112) located in the vicinity of the advertising medium (102) and when the consumers are located in the vicinity of the advertising medium (102), based on the video data.</p> |
