<p>The invention enables the operation mode of an electronic device (2) to be adjusted. Hereto an operation mode adjustment device (1) comprises a receiver (11) for receiving a signal (100), the signal comprising an audiovisual part for display on the electronic device, a detector (12) for detecting the presence of a code in the signal, and an adjuster (13) for adjusting the operation mode of the electronic device based on the detected code. Thus the operation mode of the electronic device can be adjusted automatically upon detection of a code in the signal. This ensures that optimal picture and/or sound quality settings are set for displaying the audiovisual part of the signal on the electronic device, in particular in shop environments.</p> |
