<p>A method for preparing a selective emitter of solar cell and a method for preparing the solar cell are provided to reduce the manufacturing cost by using the screen mesh in which the line width is appropriately controlled. A method for preparing a selective emitter of solar cell includes the step of preparing the screen mesh interval between the non-print line is bigger than the part corresponding to the domain to the light of the semiconductor board(401) has to be doped; the step of positioning the screen mesh on the semiconductor board; the step of printing the dopant paste on the semiconductor board by using the screen printer; the step of diffusing dopant which is heat-treated on the semiconductor substrate in which the dopant paste is printed.</p> |
