<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve for a fuel cell in which even if a filter and an orifice is blocked due to freezing, the valve is rendered operable in a short time by shortening thawing time. <P>SOLUTION: The valve is configured that a valve element 6 is made contact with and is separated from a valve seat 33 by means of a coil 1 producing electromagnetic force, a suction member 2, a moving member 3, and a coil spring 4, so as to close and open a fluid passage. A housing 12 includes a passage 13 disposed at an upstream side and a passage 14 disposed at a downstream side, and further accommodates a valve body. The valve body includes a high-pressure-chamber-side valve body 18 having an orifice 8 and a low-pressure-chamber-side valve body 7 having the valve seat 33, which are integrated into the valve body by thread parts 35, 36. A heater 11, which serves as a heating body, is integrated into the high-pressure-chamber-side valve body 18.
