<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin earth clamp wherein a noise current grounding part is easily formed to reliability secure the grounding of a noise current even when cracking occurs. <P>SOLUTION: The resin earth clamp is provided for holding and positioning a bunch of electric wires to ground the noise current. It comprises a clamp body 100 formed of an insulating resin, and a conductive layer 200 plated on the surface of the clamp body 100. The clamp body 100 has an approximately C-shaped clamp part 110 for holding the bunch of electric wires, a first mounting part 120 extending from one end of the clamp part 110, and a second mounting part 130 extending from the other end of the clamp part 110 in the same direction as that of the first mounting part 120. On the clamp part 110, a bent portion 111 is provided which has a smaller radius than the clamp part 110 and which is protruded toward the outside.
