<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently transmit data by performing carrier detection for preventing interference in sure and quick fashion. <P>SOLUTION: A control section 4 controls an initial capturing section 6 to detect a second carrier when a carrier is not detected at a frequency converting section 30. When a carrier is detected at the initial capturing section 6, the control section 4 controls a transmission block 2 to radiate a wireless signal into the air via an antenna 1. Consequently, carrier detection for preventing interference is performed surely and quickly, while preventing carrier detection from being performed more than required at the initial capturing section 6 and the data can be transmitted efficiently. When the signal intensity of a carrier detected at the frequency converting section 30 exceeds a third threshold, since the initial capturure section 6 is made to perform carrier detection, excluding those having adjacent frequency and carrier detection is performed surely, as well as quickly, while preventing misdetection due to leakage power. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
