<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling foam composition capable of being sufficiently foamed by heating at low temperatures while good storage stability can be ensured, to provide a foam filling member using the filling foam composition and to provide filling foam obtained by foaming the filling foam composition. <P>SOLUTION: The filling foam composition 1 is prepared by compounding a polymer with OBSH ä4,4'-oxybis(benzenesulfonyl hydrazide)}, an amine compound having≥40°C melting point (except a urea compound) and an organic peroxide so that the compounding ratio of the amine compound is≥5 pts.wt. relative to 100 pts.wt. of the OBSH. A mounting member 3 is mounted on the resultant filling foam composition 1 to prepare the foam filling member P for mounting in an inner space of a pillar 2.
