PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch device capable of respectively reducing the number of terminals of a wire harness, that of a signal line, and that of a microcomputer. SOLUTION: This switch device is provided with: an operation direction indication operation knob; an operation object indication operation knob; operation direction changeover switches Sa-Sd operatively connected to the operation direction indication operation knob; operation object changeover switches Sx and Sy operatively connected to the operation object indication operation knob; a drive circuit 103; and the microcomputer 102. In the switch device, the drive circuit 103 drives motors M3 and M4; one-side terminals of the operation direction changeover switches Sa-Sd are connected to a power source IG; the other-side terminals of the operation direction changeover switches Sa-Sd are connected to one-side terminals of the operation object changeover switches Sx and Sy; partial terminals within the plurality of the other side terminals of the operation object changeover switches Sx and Sy are connected to M1 and M2; the remaining terminals are connected to the microcomputer 102; and the microcomputer 102 is connected to the drive circuit 103.
