PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motive power take-out assembly for a working vehicle including an improved-type motive power take-out shaft for mounting and removal. SOLUTION: The motive power take-out shaft is extended, and a cut out portion is provided on a first end of the shaft in order to be engaged with an extended portion of a spring type mechanism. When the cut out portion is firmly fitted onto the extended portion, the spring type mechanism is prevented from being moved to a right side in an axial direction. Accordingly, spring can retain a gear collar to a position engaged with a high speed gear. The PTO stub shaft has an extended end having a projected shoulder part, and when the stub shaft is moved in an axial direction, the shoulder part pulls-in a stop ring into a groove of an output shaft, and it plays a role for capturing the stop ring between the stub shaft and the output shaft such that the groove firmly fixes the stub shaft. Further, in order to provide a clearance for compressing a stop ring tub by a tool during mounting and removal, a cut out portion of a front end surface of the output shaft is provided.
