PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft polyurethane foam inhibiting discoloration by NOx gas, excellent in washing resistance and air permeability. SOLUTION: The soft polyurethane foam is obtained by reacting a polyol with a polyisocyanate under the existence of a foaming agent, a catalyst, an antioxidant, and a foam stabilizer, wherein: the polyol is a polyester polyol, and a polyether polyol having an average ethylene oxide rate of not greater than 15%; the amount of the polyester polyol is 40-60 wt.% in the total polyol; the polyisocyanate is only tolylene diisocyanate; only an amine catalyst containing a reactive amine catalyst is used for the catalyst; the antioxidant contains a reactive phosphorous acid ester; and the amount of the foam stabilizer is 0.1-2.0 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the polyol.
