PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber-reinforced composite material that relaxes stress generated at a boundary part in the thickness direction between a textile fabric-like fiber-resin portion and a short fiber-resin portion thereby to suppress lowering of strength of the boundary part. SOLUTION: The fiber-reinforced composite material 10 comprises at least the textile fabric-like fiber-resin portion 15, comprised of at least a textile fabric-like reinforcing fiber 16 and a resin, and the short fiber-resin portion 11, comprised of at least a short reinforcing fiber 12 and a resin 13, where the fiber-reinforced composite material 10 is constituted so that the fiber amount of the textile fabric-like reinforcing fiber 16 in the textile fabric-like fiber-resin portion 15 decreases towards the edge portion 17 in the width direction B of the textile fabric-like fiber-resin portion 15 neighboring the short fiber-resin portion 11.
