PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a decorative resin-molded article at a low cost and with a high quality by simultaneously practicing molding and surface decoration of the resin molded article and eliminating the forming process for a protective layer on the surface of the decorative layer. SOLUTION: When a decorative sheet is laid down in a cavity of a pair of molds for injection molding consisting of a fixed-side mold part and a movable-side mold part, and in addition, after the molds are clamped, a plasticized molten resin is injected into the cavity to mold a molded article laminated and integrated with the decorative sheet, the decorative sheet consists of a laminated body of a decorative layer and a base resin layer carrying this, and the plasticized resin injected into the cavity is a transparent or semitransparent with light transmissivities after molding, and this is injected and molded on the upper face side of the decorative layer being an opposite side face of the base resin layer. This can express visually remarkable deepness and gloss and color tone with a profound feeling, thereby dispensing with the coating process for surface protection unnecessary.
