PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To position a bead core 12 in a prescribed position with high efficiency though a tire vulcanizer is simple and inexpensive. SOLUTION: Since the positioning member 45 pushed in a bead part 13 at least at the time of vulcanization to be brought into contact with the bead core 12 to set the bead core 12 at the prescribed position is provided to upper and lower molds 29 and 28, the positioning member 45 comes into contact with the bead core 12 even if the position of the bead core 12 is shifted by the slight flow of the rubber of the bead part 13 due to the push-in of the positioning member 45, and the irregularity of the rubber gauge around the bead core 12 and the position of the bead core 12 is corrected, so that the bead core is certainly set in the prescribed position with high precision.
