PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless apparatus and an alarm which surely perform linking operation. SOLUTION: The wireless apparatus is provided with a wireless communication means for transmitting a report message and receiving a response message to/from other predetermined wireless apparatuses constituting a broadcasting system, a non-responding apparatus detection means for detecting the wireless apparatus which does not return the response message, and a transmission output change means for changing the radio output of the wireless communication means. When a non-responding apparatus is detected, transmission output is increased, and transmission of the report message is performed again. When the non-responding apparatus is detected again, one of the wireless apparatuses which return the response message is selected and a request message is sent to the apparatus. Then, the wireless apparatus which receives the request message to itself transmits a new report message, receives the response message, and transmits a request response message that includes the information of the non-responding apparatus. When the non-responding apparatus is detected on the basis of the information, the wireless apparatus which receives the request response message reselects a destination, transmits the request message and realizes the sure linking operation.
