PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency support system allowing suppression of introduction costs or running costs and being expected to sufficiently spread to the real world. SOLUTION: When emergency information is transmitted from an emergency information transmission means 20 of a user terminal 18 and when a call information reception means 10 of a vehicle allocation center terminal 9 receives the emergency information, a vehicle allocation instruction information transmission means 13 of the vehicle allocation center terminal transmits instruction information of the effect of heading for user's whereabouts based on position information of a taxi terminal 1.
