PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake noise amplification device of an engine for a vehicle, which prevents lowering of an intake noise amplification transmission function and breakage of an inner structure by preventing rain water and the like from intruding in an intake noise introduction passage opening at a vehicular rear side in an engine room. SOLUTION: The intake noise amplification device 30 of the engine for the vehicle for introducing an intake noise of the engine 20 provided in the engine room 3 of the vehicle 1 to a vehicular chamber 2 side is provided with: the intake noise introduction passage (a vibration generation pipe part 31, a membrane vibration part 33, a vibration transmission pipe part 35) wherein one end is communicated to inside of the intake pipe 23 of the engine 20, and the other end is communicated with inside of a cowl box 10; and the membrane vibration part 33, arranged in this intake noise introduction passage, for membrane vibrating by intake pulse in the intake pipe 23 of the engine 20. A permeable member 40 in a predetermined length is provided in the intake noise introduction passage at the cowl box side from the membrane vibration part 33, and at least the vehicular chamber 2 side of this permeable member 40 is impregnated with a water repellent agent.
